ios 3.5mm earphone jack w/inline mic ctrls convert to andoird?

Hey guys, i am currently using an iphone 6 with a bose qc20i(wired 3.5mm), and I wanted to switch to android. 

 

Ofcourse the ios version earphone's inline mic/volume ctrls dont work on android phones, and was wondering if anyone knew if there are any converter jacks or something to enable this.

 

I've been searching but difficult to even know what to search for..
