Yes, 1st gen Ryzen had all the issues I can testify to this. But the new Bios updates have fixed everything, I have had no stability issues with my CR7. You won't have an issue with your AMD build and using 3200MHz RAM. Also unlike Intel, you actually see a semi-significant performance gain with high clock speed RAM.
