Custom Fans on AIO?

Can I get a regular Corsair AIO and replace the fan in the radiator with one that supports RGB?

rgb doesn't look nice tho

My friend likes the look of the RGB fans + RGB RAM. His PC doesn’t have any RGB strips though

Rgb fans tend to be trash. Would def replace any stock Corsair fans, but with something good like a nice Noctua.
