Athlon Overclocking

Hi. I'm doing a SUPER BUDGET build for a friend, and I don't know what cooler I should get him. He's going to be using an Athlon x4 950, and an MSI B350 Motherboard. Will the stock cooler be sufficient for overclocking? If not, what cooler should I get him? It would be great to know.

Super not worth buying Bulldozer based Athlon, even if it's a SUPER BUDGET build.
