i5-8600k normal temperature??

I have a i5 8600k and it sits usually around 37-45c when its under load in google chrome and other stuff. I felt like that might be hot but wasnt too sure im a bit new to the whole pc thing built it back in July. So I looked up some temperatures other people were getting and mine seemed 8-10 degrees higher compared to other people. Im using a corsair hv100i v2 aio cooler and I have it on pretty dang good so I dont think it would be that? The only thing I could come up with is that my room is just super hot most of the time I live in Arizona and its hot as hell and my room doesn't get AC very well so my room sits around 80 degrees which might be quite hot for a Computer. I have a Nzxt Elite Case it has two case fans so I think that would be plenty enough im just not too sure if anyone knows if that is a normal temp please let me know. Thanks.

Those temps seem very good. A CPU is good as long it is below tjmax which is about 95-105*C under full load.

Idle temps are relatively meaningless. If your CPU is getting over 80C under 100% load, then you can start to worry. I think the temps you have are fine, and are definitely explained by the fact your room is so hot.

They are totally alright. CPU temps can jump back and forth even while doing small tasks as browsing, so don't worry. If it gets over 80-85C then consider it as a problem.
