Is a psu supposed to make a nearly inaudible sound during post

Hi as in the title my pc makes an almost inaudible elctrical type of switching sound when booting up , it happens only when booting up and I have to sit next to the back panel to hear it , is it nomrla?My pc went through an accidentwhen it was dropped onto a bed and punched twice to the sidepnael and im concerned

What PSU is it?

Can you better describe the noise you are hearing, or record it and upload an audio clip? "Inaudible" is not a very helpful word for describing a noise.

That does not sound like an accident...

It kind of reminds me of coil whine , also when powering on the blue LED indicator of my asus wifi card kind of goes crazy .
