On what level? 

 

All cases either specialize in silence, aesthetics or an alright mix of the two.

 

Im a fan of the Define C.

You forget Airflow and hardware support. The four pillars of a case. 

 

There is no "best ATX" case for everyone because everyone has different requirements from a case. Without knowing what yours are, we cant make that determination.
