i was going to say exactly this.  Mechanics have greasy hands and need a handle so they don't drop it, ambo's need something they can carry in one hand while squeezing the saline bag in the other, and if you've ever been on an industrial construction site I don't need to say anymore.

 

P.S the stylus is so you don't get your your dirty greasy workers finger marks all over the screen.
