sorry, forgot that i was stupidly unspecific with everything in this topic so far xD

GTAIV, CS:GO, etc (anything newerish that I could play comfortable and not in 480p)

I would really like to play in 720, or 1080p

Your budget pretty much limits you to the RX 560 and GTX 1050. These two should do 720p 60fps with ok settings easily in GTA 4 and some newer games that are well-optimized. 1080p is only doable in CSGO because it's demand is low.

I'm being too lazy to find more stuff, but based on this review https://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/amd-ryzen-3-2200g-review,1.html which benchmarked the 2200G with a GTX 1080 and how much performance it lost, a GTX 1060 6GB or RX 570 is the most powerful card you should consider on a Ryzen 3 2200G.

The RX 570 performs well enough and you can find it for around that much (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814930004&cm_re=rx_570-_-14-930-004-_-Product)

Otherwise you're looking at the used market.
