Really loud fan on notebook

Notebook model : GL502VM

CPU: I7 7700HQ

GPU: 1060 mobile

My CPU fan will be running really loud all the time but occasionally gets quiet.

CPU Idle temps are in the 50s and utilization will be in the 2% and at random times the utilization will rise to 8% and the temps will shoot up to 95+ and start to throttle. When I use Prime95 at 100% utilization my temps will also shoot up to 95+. What really bothering me is my fan though, it wont be quiet and slow down. Simple tasks like going on amazon raise the temps to 95+.
