Unable to run some games or use iCue

Hello, I have a GTX 1080 and i have not been able to do some things (as the title says). i keep getting this error with icue. Ive tried updating my drivers but that does not seem to have worked.

Have you downloaded your Game Ready Drivers?

When i updated my drivers i got them from here https://www.geforce.com/drivers

I'm pretty sure the link I sent you is a different set of drivers. Try downloading them anyways.

I know this is dumb, but have you restarted your system since? This is all a process that i had to go through when i built my pc a month ago so im trying to follow my old footsteps here

I restarted my system multiple times, and I now see that my update never posted

A program I installed was preventing my graphics drivers from being properly used(i guess?)

it was duet display

 

soo, dont use that app on windows
