why wont they give me the RTX 2080ti?

so i called the pc store guy, he said his supplier said its in a warehouse, the GPU is there and they can just simply send it over and give it to me but the guy said he's not sure why there not doing it, what could be the cause of this? is it because nvidia told them not to do it yet? if so why? its ready so why delay it?

They are probably having shipping backups with cancelation of preorders or other various factors.  It's not because they don't want to give you the card, it's just there are only so many resources to ship out things from warehouses.

in that case they aren't giving him the 2080 because they are playing games with it , and having fun with it , and are greedy and don't want him to have it. I think they made fun of him behind his back too.
