Thermaltake View 27

Has anyone had any experiecne with the View 27 from thermaltake? 

 

Its a stunning looking case but im a little worried about the air flow (although from what i have seen its actually not that bad) and the smokey front panel. I want to use Corsair LightLoop fans in this case but im not sure if the smokey front will make the lights seem dim or not? 

 

I mean I guess I could replace the front arcylic with some clear plastic from the hardware store but, thats more work than might be needed. 

 

Id be using a GTX 1070ti and either a Ryzen 7 2700x or an 1800x I cant decide as there dosnt appear to be THAT much difference between the two performance wise. Maybe like 10 fps or so in most triple A games.

Well, I would not really trust that case, looks aren't everything!

 

Airflow is an tad better than the View 37, from what I heard.

 

For me, top ventilation is an must, and that acrylic would be super easy to scratch. 

But you do you...

 

(P.S: Just dont use 2 open air GPUs in this case, they will suffer.)

The View 37 which is a slightly larger version is "decent" at airflow, so it should be similar

the only thing i can find is that it's a little behind with build quality and it gets dirty in no time. but if you can find a way to deal with that, you're fine

If I were to use one again, Id prolly get a real filter for it. 

Run 3 decent 120 fans in the front. Temps will depend on the card style. If you plan on running open air coolers on both the card and cpu, may need to flip the psu and a decent fan on the back too.
