Can a Corsair H60 cool and i5 8400

Yes, but so can the box cooler and about 100 cheaper, more effective coolers. If you haven't already about it, I'd look for something else. Edit: That sounded a bit rude. I just mean I don't like to see people waste money on 120mm cooler for CPUs that don't need em.

Sure but why are you asking?

A far cheaper $25 120mm 4 heatpipe air cooler will be comparable to that cooler

and if it's a new system what budget/country and what do you need the PC for?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

That is, probably,  my monitor.

As far as everything else, it is a bunch of random stuff i already have.

That's a horrifically overpriced 1440p panel

What's the total budget for everything? PC and Monitor? $1000 ish?
