Probably going to need more information if you want us to recommend some more games.
What games do you like to play? What games don't you like? Do you have a theme in mind? Is there a genre of games you want? What's your budget?

Key phrase “not about killing.”

This is going to be tough...

offworld trading company

ghost of a tale

oddworld abe’s Odyssee

This war of mine (you CAN kill, but you shouldn’t.)

Space engineers

the metro games have you kill mutants but you can beat both without killing any humans.

doki doki literature club has death but no killing

Crosscode isn’t killing but you attack stuff

Portal 1 & 2

I think you can parkour past everyone in mirrors edge

The Stanley parable (I hate this game & it’s boring to me but some people like it.)

I haven’t played the talos principal but it might not have killing

clustertruck

Dirt 3

Planetbase

if killing robots is okay then Haydee

Moonbase alpha

Civilization can be played peacefully I think.

Cloudberry kingdom (best on Wii U IMO with wiimote)

Kholat if you can figure out what to do

Until dawn but people die gruesomely

Fallout 3 can be completed without you killing anyone

Amnesia

outlast

Dangerous golf

Grid

Magic card games

hearthstone

Splinter cell blacklist can be beaten without killing people. You can knock them out or whatever

How do you not like The Stanley Parable?

I remember watching the Rooster Teeth guys talking about it and Gus hated it because "You don't have any freedom and everything's been predetermined and narrated." Which was the ENTIRE point of the game. It's solely about the illusion of choice.Games "feign" freedom of choice, but no matter how ridiculously complex it might get, it's all pre determined.

I found the comedy kinda lacking.

I know, it was pretty boring to me & takes too long to get to the choices again.

Im more of an action game kinda guy. Call of duty is one of my favorite games so if that helps you understand my perspective.

Ew.

I say that as someone who forced himself to play through every COD until Black Ops when it just got too stupid. I even played through advanced warfare. That series is trash.

Yeah but if you just want to shoot stuff, that’s all it is.

If you're easily entertained by repetition, lack of imagination, and inspiration sure. Combined with somehow consistently poor visuals that are always short of whatever else is out at the time.

I do enjoy some more in depth games like RTS but sometimes I just want to be given a power fantasy
