Pairing a Ryzen 5 2600 or a Ryzen 7 1700 and a GTX 1080 Ti is an absolutely ridiculous proposal. CPU bottleneck from hell.

This would need a Ryzen 7 1800x or 2700 at the very least, better yet a Core i5 8600k.

8600k just isnt for streaming and would drop frames quite a bit.

1700 and 1800x are the same CPU, the 1700 just includes a stock cooler, a OC solves the differences between them.

The CPU is less or a bottleneck than you think and is more of a concern at 1080p. Im any case the 1700 will takle the games you throw at it while streaming, meanwhile a 8600k would start to suffer quite a bit

2700/x can fit the budget once dropping to a 1080 it wont offer much extra gaming performance than a 2600 OCed,

Ive done my homework, while i disputed a better CPU the ones i offered im my build will offer very good performance while 1080p streaming and there isnt really a reason to step up the cost seeing as ryzen 3 is relativly close by and CPU is a lot cheaper than a GPU
