Help me with a monitor pick.

Well i already know what kind of monitor i want, so if you guys can help me out and tell me what is the cheapest one for theese selected cryteria:

 

IPS

16:10

24 inch

no stupid looking stand

5ms / or less than 5ms (optional)

from a good brand (optional)

 

Region is EU (Bulgaria) thou you can tell me deals for germany or some store that has worldwide cheap or free shipping.

 

Alternatevly you can just tell me a serial No of the product , i will find a way to get it to my region myself.

Awesome, thanks guys! Asus VS24AH-P looks good, the only problem is that it's twice as expensive as my current max budget, time to save some $ for the future upgrade! :) If you have more suggestions, feel free to post them, i will look them up.
