Accidental quick formatting

A few weeks ago I accidentally quick formatted my hard drive and I haven't used it since. Is there a cheap or free way to get all my data back I need help please and thank you everyone

use minitool partition wizard, it has a feature called partition recovery.

make a image before doing anything. that will reduce the change of any user error.

Recuva will do the trick.  Let it do a deep scan (this can take several hours) and then tell it to recover everything to a different drive (I can't stress enough how important that last part is.  These tools tend to re-write the recovered files somewhere else on the disk, thereby overwriting files that are pending recovery, making them unrecoverable).
