A9 9420 high cpu usage (HP 245 g6)

Hi everyone I have troubles with my new laptop is an HP 245 g6

14 inch display (1333x768)

8gigs ddr4 (clock at 1866 but haves an 2400 MHz module wtf hp)

1tb hdd

r5 integrated

So the problem here is the cpu usage is so high I can’t see a YouTube 1080p 30fps video because fells so laggy I don’t think is processor can’t handle that and is not thermal throttling.

Someone have the same problem?

What does that sentence mean

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

The CPU is shit...

But I can run 1080p YouTube on my Core 2 Duo laptop. Reinstall Windows, maybe get a SSD.
