There's a windows dark mode??

Up to you. White mode (default) is a bit more polished than Dark mode (each new version of Windows 10, Dark Mode gets improved).

 

Like the coming up update, coming up next month, File Explorer gets updated (no mods or anything done, this is default):

It may improve a bit until the official release, but essentially this is pretty much final (for now) as we are so close to be release date, and probably get improved the following update. Open/Save Dialog box got also updated, but the other panels (Classic Control panel, file transfer, etc.) has not yet. Probably will come in the following update. (Well, maybe not classic Control Panel, as MS is slowly axing it in favor to the Settings panel).

I personally find that W10 in dark mode doesn't burn my retinas as much when I walk into work at 6 am lol.
