PC Games Have An Acidic Color Glitch

I built my PC a week ago and have had no issues with the hardware or software. I'm using a Ryzen 5 2400g with Vega 11 Graphics and G.Skills 2x8 GB of RAM. Last week, I attempted to turn on my XMP Profile to boost my RAM speed since I was on 2100Mhz and my RAM can run 3200Mhz. Afterwards, I realized Fortnite this color glitch and I started panicking. I've been able to change the resolution around and get the screen to look normal. But either the game looks normal and everything outside of the game looks glitched, or the game looks glitched and everything outside of the game is fine. I had been playing on Windowed mode, as it's the only resolution I have had no issues with, until today the game started continuously crashing as soon as I loaded into a game. Also, I played For Honor today and I had the same color issue as on Fortnite.  I've seen people on other forums say it's a problem with the monitor, but it's not. I don't know why this issue is happening

I've seen one other forum with the same problem I'm having and no one has given clear answers. Someone please help.

Download DDU, boot into safe mode, and run DDU.

I am currently in safe mode and running DDU. It says I have 3 drivers out of date, but I don't see a place to reinstall the drivers.

DDU can't reinstall them, but it can uninstall them. Do that.

I ended up installing Radeon Graphics settings and have not had an issue.
