Leave them, the ESP partition contains the bootloader while the recovery partition lets you boot your PC and access recovery and troubleshooting tools to aid fixing problematic Windows if it fails on you.

Ok, so...   I bought recently SSD.   Kingston UV400 120gb.   I installed Windows 10 this morning. Very first OS ever placed on this SSD.  Then I accidentally downloaded some malware so I had to reinstall Windows.  While reinstalling (managing partitions) , I think I did something wrong there... I formatted whole SSD drive and intended to load again Windows 10 on same that drive. After installation process, I went to "Disk and partitions" and found out that 550MB is missing out from my system drive (SSD one)

Then I even downloaded easeUS software to check this problem detailed:

Does anybody know how can I merge those little unallocated or whatever tiny partitions at C:\  ?
I would really like to utilize those 550MB of the left storage. Thanks in advance.

I don't think you can. Windows Utilizes those partitions for system functionality such as recovery. If you want to utilize that capacity consider installing Windows on another drive.
