How to tell if this M.2 drive is FUBR

So I work for a big PC manufacturer and we're moving offices. There's an ever growing pile of stuff being chucked.

Whilst diving in this pile I found two Intel M.2 SSDs, a 120GB and a 360GB. The 120GB works fine, but the 360 just isn't showing.

So these were on an open air display for Intel's drives, and as such could have been manhandled by countless people at a trade-show, etc.

I would have just assumed it was a dummy unit or a factory reject, if it wasn't for the fact the 120GB drive works fine.

I just want to make sure I've done every check possible before I bin this.

Any ideas?
