How to choose default drive

Birdman

So, I got an SSD and set it up as the boot drive, but everything I download automatically goes into that drive as well. I would like to have everything go into my 1tb WD instead but I can't figure out how. Can anyone help me with this?

inside your browser you need to go to the options menu and change the location for downloads to be saved.

What about for stuff like steam games? Would steam need to be on the other drive first?

No you add a new Library Location within Steam settings, and when you install, you get to choose where it goes.

No you can allocate which drives you want your steam games to be on.
