Do you think it's safe to purchase this item? 512 GB SSD - 250$

Mannimedia

Samsung 830 Series 512GB

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=221345895262

This is crazy deal, perhaps too good. I'm kind of wondering if you guys think it would be a good idea to make this purchase. The seller has no ratings, and eBay's reputation isn't helping either. Would I be able to get a refund if I have any issues? How safe is it to buy from eBay?

Your input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It's not bad to buy something used, but that seller has 0 feedbacks, I wouldn't trust him.

0 ratings and this guys selling a used ssd. I wouldn't be comfortable giving this guy my money unless I know that the ssd is working, there aren't any issues with the ssd, and that he can prove this is a 512 Gb ssd. He said in the description that the '512' faded away
