is it bottleneck playing pubg ?

i wouldn't worry bout bottlenecks but bout a new system. Bottleneck is at that age not the main thing holding you back most of the time...
Just run pubg and see if it runs, why not just do it?

PUBG is far more resource intensive than DOTA2. That system will struggle greatly with playing PUBG.

It's not a bottleneck. PUBG is a really demanding game unlike Dota 2 and your gpu is really weak to play pubg

It's not a bottleneck. You're running an 8 year old platform. Games have gotten much larger and more demanding in that period of time. Even your free to play games have gotten bloated.

Looking at UserBenchmark data, I'd say get ready for 720p and somewhere between 30 and 40 FPS average (so probably some stuttering and everything)

 

Also as the others have pointed out, even if there is a bottleneck in your system, eliminating that would only bring you a couple fps more.
If you want to play games like that in 1080p, you'll probably have upgrade

get fortnite instead, you'll find the exact same toxic players and mechanics but it's free and less resource intensive

That's very generous. 

 

Personally I think the performance will be more like 20, maybe 30 FPS at absolute minimum settings at 720p with minimum resolution scale as well.

I actually didn't find his GPU or CPU on there and the closest comparisons I had were a fx 6300 which is a bit faster than the phantom and a gtx 750, which is probably a lot faster than a hd 5770. I completely forgot to adjust the estimates accordingly, thanks for that.

With CPU and GPU about same generation, and knowing that GPUs get outdated much faster than CPUs.... You don't have really bottleneck, but just really old system struggling to play new AAA game. You could probably upgrade to R7 270 or HD7xxx and not have bottleneck. But going beyond that (GTX750Ti might go as well and GTX6xx from nVidia) is no-go without CPU upgrade.

For Dota 2, you're fine. I imagine Dota's actually benefited from your CPU from moving to Source 2.

For PUBG... yeah, upgrade, at the very least, the GPU.

If you're asking if there's a performance bottleneck between the CPU and GPU, then no. The CPU should be able to keep the GPU sufficiently busy.

 

Otherwise what performance do you want? It's kind of hard to say what the problem is if we don't have what you want to compare to.
