need some help in graphics land

I picked up a old dell server I wanted to make into a work station with x2 x56?? with 4 cores each at 2.46 with 30 gbs of ram what would be some graphics cards for this build preferably without an extra power supply

Also as a note this thing is gonna drive your power bill a little bit higher and will be extremly loud

What's the wattage on the PSU?

It has x2 870 watt psu

if you can't replace the power supply or use another one, I recommend just getting a GTX 1050 Ti. My favorite personally is the Zotac Mini Variant.

But if you can replace the power supply, I recommend not going over a GTX 1070 since the CPU is a bit old and at slower speeds.
