A Vintage Section

Well I just thought i would suggest this as there doesn't seem to be anywhere to post topics about older computers

You can post in General Discussion, but there's not nearly enough content to justify a whole section for them - we have enough subforums that discoverability is a problem already, so we don't want to add more unless they are really justified.

Not the worst idea I've ever heard but I don't think there'd be enough content. Maybe a sub-section within CPUs, Motherboards and Memory

Just make a sub forum in a Sub Forum for that or add the "Vintage Computing" Name to a Subforum you think it fits pretty well.

 

"Hobby Electronics and Vintage Computing" doesn't seem like a too bad idea, doesn't it?

The Topics might come with a Forum that has the name because people are usually rather shy ;)
