In need of a new case

Sup everyone, 

I'm looking for a case with a tempered glass side panel, maybe even front. 

I want to use my Radiator as intake and i want to see my RGB 140mm fans in the front,

which are placed on my huge 280mm radiator,

but  I need atleast 1 5.25" slot for an ODD. 

I want to stay within a reasonable price range with good cable management, 

And enough room for a second GPU, if i decide for hardcore 4k gaming, but thats like really optional.

GPU: 11GB Geforce GTX 1080 Ti ROG Strix Gaming

CPU: i7-8700k 6x 3.70GHz

CPU-Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62 v2

Mobo: Asus ROG Strix Z370-F Gaming

Ram: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200mHz

PSU: 850 Watt Corsair TX-M Series TX850M Modular 80+ Gold

SSD: 250GB Samsung 860 Evo 2.5"

HDD: 4000GB Seagate Barracuda

One case stands out in my mind above all others that covers every spec on this list. Phanteks Enthoo Pro M TG (or SE if you want extra RGB/white interior I guess) $100 USD (assuming your location is in the US)

 

You wont find any front Tempered glass that has a 5.25" bay. If you could sacrifice that, you could look into cases like the Corsair 460x which still has decent airflow for being a "closed off front panel". IT's cable management isnt as good, but it's still decent.
