yep and its too bad intel got off the hook way too easy for their shady business practices which put them into this position and pushed AMD down the drain.

Intel's shady activities certainly didn't help, But I don't think it was the sole problem for AMD.  AMD made some really bad financial decisions over that time period which caused equal if not more damaging effects to their bottom line.

then how do you come to the conclusion that this didnt help intel and that its AMD´s fault they could barely compete over the least two decades?

what are you talking about? All I said was Intel's practices aren't the sole the reason AMD were in trouble.   Yes that played a role, but that was before AMD paid $5.4B for ATI and had increased their R+D budget from $277M in 2006 to $420M in 2009 (hardly the signs of a a dying company at the hands of dodgy sales ventures 3 years after the fact).  From that time they also laid of 1100 and sold goflo only to layoff another 15% then purchase seamicro some 3 years later (at that time a whole years R+D budget).     They got stuck on a dead end GPU architecture which just kept going down hill and couldn't get out of the CPU rut they were in.  Those are not kickbacks from the Intel antitrust case prior to 2005, they were just bad choices and bad luck in the 6 years between 2006 and 2012.

EDIT: also adoredtv is not a very good source for unbiased and well researched information.  At best he's clickbait at worst he's a parasite antagonist.
