(HELP) Windows 10 Blue Screens after wake up from Hybernation

Hello everyone! 

 

When i put my computer to Hibernate, on wake up, it blue screens every time and says either system service exception or critical process died.

 

Putting the computer to sleep and waking it up works fine.

 

I tried googling the issue, and it seems people are having problems with this, but i cant find a fix.

I would just redo your settings so your computer can't go to sleep within the power settings and then you've eliminated the problem.
