Final thing, you might want to consider that MSI Frozr cooler if you have the budget, it's a pretty rad cooler that matches the theme quite well. :) 

I recommending getting to know the NZXT S340 Elite because there's all sorts of things in the S340 Elite that you have to know when building inside it, such as the PSU bracket and the bottom drive cage. In addition to that, the NZXT Aer fans are controlled through NZXT Cam as far as I'm aware, so that's how you'll control the RGB on them once you've done the build.

The blue and white cables for sure, going with straight white would be too much since you already have a white GPU, white case, and white memory.

Blue and white cables balances out the build them more. :)

Are you on Cablemod's website? You might want to check out their LED lighting strips, if you want to light up your build. The Z370-E has 2x 4 pin RGB and 1x 3 pin addressable RGB headers. Allowing for more lighting.

Yeah, the LLs are definitely very RGB. The most RGB fans on the market, imo. Wouldn't an RGB strip give more RGB per buck, though?

i was planning on adding rgb strips but didn't list them :P

I'm personally not a fan of RGB strips, I like a more permanent solution hence LED/RGB fans, at least for the inside of my PC.
