Why is my pc not booting?

1) try and reseat the ram if that not does it

2) try and put them in a different slot 

Hello,

Im trying to start up this computer but it wont boot! All it does is restart, and restart, and restart! I get no image so what is going on here??

Something similar happened to me once. This might have happened because of the ram. Take it out, clean it with a cloth and insert it back tightly.

Becasue PC's :P
I really don't why ram does this, the same can happen with GPU's and other devices in PCIE lanes.
