what the hell is my pc doing??

hello,

since i build my pc a few months ago something weird keeps happening. let me explain:

i've got my pc connected as usual to a power outlet. i've also connected a Cooler Master Masterkeys Lite L (RGB, because RGB LIFE) keyboard. i've also got a fajn for cool air (not a pc fan, but a desk fan) connected to a power outlet. HOWEVER, every time i change the speed of it (4 seperate buttons), the keyboard lits up for about half a second! and when i put my pc in sleep mode before i turn the fan on, when i do, the pc turns back on again! what on earth is happening???
