Msi Laptop freezing

KoloMenek

My computer is doing small freezes randomly while playing or opening programs like discord.
I am running windows 10 pro 64 bits:

The specs:
i5 7300HQ
GTX1060 6go
8go ram 2400mHz
128go ssd and 1000go HDD

the power supply brick is the original that was given with the laptop.
I bought the pc from this store : https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00235347.html

Here is a sample of what is going on when i talk about freezes: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UJrImaS1Fp-6wqMqBynMGel3KjxDpfQz/view?usp=sharing

I sent the laptop twice to msi's repair center.
The first time, they replaced the motherboard with all components i guess.

The secound, they said there was an issue on my side, they say that this is my fault and they cannot do anything about it.

I don't understand the problem. Maybe you guys can help me and tell me how I can fix it. Maybe there is a different way of installing windows or different drivers.

PS: the video that's showing the freezes is recorded with intel's integrated gpu. When i was recording it with nvidia's gpu, everything worked perfectly. The video was made on a fresh install of windows with intel's and nvidia's drivers.
