Any good ways to straighten cables??

I'll assume you are using the HTC Vive, those are notorious to have some cable drag.

I always straighten them before using any VR application/game I also use TurnSignal to keep an eye on my cable in VR, you'll get used to it pretty quickly and it really helps out.
