SSD cloning issues

Adobe

Hello,

So yesterday I thought it was time to update my 5 year old system with some fancy new ram and an ssd. The plan was to clone the hdd to my new ssd so it would boot and run everything better but today I received my new SSD and ram and it went a little bit different. So first of all I plugged in my new SSD and nothing happend. After a few hours I figured out that I needed to format the ssd and it finally showed up so I though everything was done and I could do the cloning but nope. So without the formating my pc doesnt recognizes the SSD so when I clone the SSD everything gets removed and then the program is like "Hey! where did that SSD go?" then it crashes. This was with the program Macrium Reflect so I dowloaded the Samsung data migration application as it's a Samsung SSD. That did find the SSD but for some reason completely shuts down my pc when it reaches 1408MB of the transfer. It's been hours and I feel like I tried everything, anyone have any suggestions for me?

This is how it looks on my pc in the file manager:

This is the disk manager:

( The format got removed because of the cloning )

Make sure the Samsung magician is the most current version and try it again.  If it fails again, you might need to reinstall windows on the SSD and transfer the files over that you want.

Already installed that

The problem with reinstalling windows is that I don't have a windows key or installation usb/cd. I might've gotten a cracked windows 7 then upgraded to a legit version of windows 10 when you could upgrade for free hehe 9_9

From the disk manager it says that the new drive has not been initialized yet, I think that you may need to initialize the ssd first to be visible to windows.

Yes also did that

If I didn't do that I couldn't have started the cloning process anyways.

OK, when I have done these in the past here is what I do.

Install magician and update to the latest version if needed.

reboot computer.

before doing anything else, plug in SSD (If using a USB connection)

Start magician and clone.

Don't touch the computer the whole time it's cloning.

When it finishes it shuts down the system.

Unplug the old HDD and go into BIOS and change the boot order to the new SSD.

reboot and make sure everything works.

Yes that's what I'm trying to do but it crashes when it's cloning. With Samsung Data Management it completely shuts down my pc at a certain amount of MB cloned and Macrium Reflect deletes the format of the SSD and then I get an error that it can't find the SSD anymore as its not formated

Can you see the SSD in Disk managment?   It you're going to use Macrium, format it with Windows and see if Macrium can find it.

If your win 10 is legally activated, then you should be able to do a clean install, you shouldn't need a key as the install is tagged to your hardware configuration.  Use the windows media creation tool to create the installation media that you want to use.  https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10

After making the media, remove your old drive and insert the ssd and see if you can install windows.

Yes I already did that countless of times but Macrium deletes the format as it need a clean drive and then I get an error that it can't find the SSD anymore

This is the error I get with Macrium Reflect

http://da.nkme.me/p?id=MXeCR

For some reason after that error the ssd competely gone from the system and I also can't find it in the disk manager even the samsung data migration can't find it anymore which is strange because it was able to find the unformated disk before the error.
