¥ instead of \ in paths - Windows 10

So I have an odd problem, a few days ago I noticed this...

The path should look like this: C:\Users\Katze\Desktop
However, as you can see, looks like this: C:¥Users¥Katze¥Desktop

 

This is the case with everything that has a path that is displayed, not including an editable path, for example, the path bar in explorer. Theses display normally.
It is only paths that are displayed, like the above image and during software installation where it shows what it's installing at the time.

Any ideas?
