You're not gonna get anything with remotely good quality for under 25 USD.

 

I would save up some more cash and aim for a Corsair CX450M.

Seriously though don't risk your computer by skimping on the power supply, if it fails there's a high chance of it dumping 110/220v AC straight onto the 12v DC rail which is bad, really bad.

He could look for a decent used PSU, but i doubt hed find it. Itd the kind of thing people throw away once they are old.  Where you located?

That's not a very good PSU.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

That's about $30 more than it should cost. Get the CX450M for $27 after rebate. At the very least, get the BT 450W.

Impossible!
Everything under 25€ is a safety risk and should not be available on the market as its highly likely that some laws would be violated with those units.

They exist, sadly, even from more reputable companys.

 

But seems like you have to kill your computer first to learn not to get a shitty Power Supply it seems.
