Don't bother with the current market, probably just sell the 1060 and upgrade to either the RX 580 8GB, or save up for a higher tier GPU

CPU is still fine for 60hz gaming.

What's your budget for a new PC without selling the current one?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I'd buy it for maybe 600-650 USD.

Looking at your specifications, they are definitely not outdated, so you might recover a decent amount of your money. A decent CPU for general purpose gaming, 16 GB of slightly underpowered RAM... Only the GPU is somewhat disappointing.

I suggest asking $ 700, that way you have a decent amount of wiggle room to negotiate. I would definitely not go below $ 600 though.
