Clear out the dust if possible; you may have to open up the laptop. While you're at it, it wouldn't hurt to change the thermal paste.

tHANKS , now i have disable my avast antivirus and my laptop does not even 20 degrees C. I think there is a problem with avast?

It might be due to its on access scanning and using your cpu in doing that. You could just use a lightweight antivirus like Microsoft Security Essentials and see if the temps is better if you need an antivirus.

Try different anti virus and clean your laptop. Clear out the dust and change thermal paste. You can find tutorials in google as it can get messy.
