G930F vs SM-G930U?

What is the difference between these two models of the Samsung Galaxy S7?

It appears that the 930F is the Global model AKA global unlocked model, and that the 930U is the North American unlocked version, the 930F has a dual SIM card slot and the Exynos 8890 octa-core processor, meanwhile the 930U has one SIM card slot (and probably a slot for a micro SD card in it's place), and the Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor.

So would the global unlocked model work with most US carriers (namely Tmobile) ?

It should because according to this website it supports GSM which is the network communication standard that Tmobile utilizes.
