Some kind of weird ass thin (mole?)

Theres a really small dot which is loose but it seems like it won't come off. It's raw-ish coloured and I think my dad has one but a bit bigger. It's not like a normal circular mole that I have on my hand, its a lot smaller. Can someone try and help me identify it and possibly remove it?

You need to see a dermatologist to make sure it isn't cancer. This isn't the place to ask for medical advice.
