what a rude way to ask for help.

Also did you not do any searching of your own?

Sorry about that, I was in a hurry and I didn't think about being super polite and I also didn't really check wikipedia.

Thanks though.

I get that you were in a hurry, but your tone and "request" were, frankly, unacceptable behaviour. Just imagine if you had said that to your friends in person - it would be very rude.

I personally hate telling people to "just Google it", because usually they need help understanding the concept in general, or need help interpreting the source materials.

However, the fact you've asked for, is something that you could literally find out in about the time time it took to make your post - certainly long before someone would reply with the correct answer.

Well, you have my sympathies there. However, you might try a carrot instead of a stick. If you're nice to people on the forums, they will bend over backwards to help you, since they will want to help you.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Imagine the UK getting a pretzel, and selling it as a "donut" or a donut and selling it as a "pretzel"!

Both Milky Way and Mars are wonderful chocolates but they are not... wait... they are the same but different sizes?! Gah, how did I never notice this until now... 30 years and I've been lied to?

Nope, they are different. There, you USAzers really know how to mess up our food (I'd always seem to see respect given to replicating American food... so why do they trash ours so badly?).

When it comes to over-processed junk food, I'm pretty sure we know what we're doing, thanks.

I'm fairly certain you can buy Mars Bar in the US. I know for a fact you can buy it in Canada.

And I would also suggest that Milky Way is not exactly the same as Mars Bar, but is very similar. You can buy both here in Canada.

Or, rather, there are two different chocolate bars both named "Milky Way". There's the UK version, which appears to be identical to a Mars Bar, and then there's the everywhere else in the world version, which lacks the Caramel filling. The non-caramel version is the version available in Canada.

That's what I mean. I am in the UK, I grew up with them. Milkway is softer and sweeter. I know the difference. xD

[edit]

I just never knew that the Mars got silly names else where. Like all our food/brands. :/

Nothing I own has Google Assistant.

You have some device you used to post this thread with. You could have used that to search online for the answer.

I typed in the title of this thread into Google, clicked search and got the answer. It would have taken you maybe 10 seconds, rather than the ~1 minute or so to create this thread, and then the 7 minutes it took for someone to reply.

Also, this forum is not here to do your homework.
