Best Phone Under $400

My dad's iPhone 5c broke and he wants to get a new one for under $400 (US Dollar). He's mainly just uses Facebook, Youtube, and surfs the web, but he is looking for a decent camera and wireless charging. Any recommendations? (Either unlocked, or Cricket locked)

Google Pixel 1st gen 128GB, should be under $300, can just get one of those wireless charging attachment things.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
