My computer has an i7 6700k, 16gb of RAM, GTX 1060 6GB STRIX, OCZ vertex 4 240gb SSD, 120gb ADATA SP550 120gb, kraken x61, gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3, Eclipse P400, NZXT HUE+, an NZXT RGB fan, and a 630 watt rosewill non modular psu, and windows 10 home.

I was thinking 850 dollars, is this too low? What should I sell it for?

I'd buy it for maybe 700 USD. CPU is fairly old, PSU could be better, lack of HDD is gonna be a problem for some people.

IMO, the most valuable part in your build currently is the GPU.

A friend offered to buy it for 850, should I take the offer?

i think 850 sounds good, the lighting makes it worth a bit more if it is built well

Have a nice day:)

I mean if he's willing to buy it for that...

I honestly would feel bad because 850 is not a good deal for that system.

Yeah, dude, 850 isn't a great deal... but.... it's not a total ripoff either.  I wouldn't feel too guilty about it.  Seems like all quality parts aside from the PSU.  CPU aging but still quite capable.

Not sure what the backstory is but that kind of matters IMO.  Did the offer come out of nowhere or were you already trying to sell it?  For example, if you were NOT actively trying to get rid of it then only take the amount you would feel comfortable letting it go or just keep it.  But.... if you are selling because you are done with it then still take the 850xD

Looking at all of the components, I would definitely not pay more than $ 800 for the system. Especially when you consider the recent and upcoming events in the CPU and GPU world.

So if your friend wants to pay $ 850 for it, I wouldn't really consider that a total ripoff
