My PC will not work

My dad's in the the military and we just moved in and I guess the movers packed my PC upside down and when I try to start it up it will stay on then turn off again than start up but the micro HDMI is not working so I can't see anything on the screen while this is happening I don't no why and I don't know how to fix it I can send photos of it if that helps but can any one help me this is my only PC.

Open the case and check all cables - unplug and plug them back in to be sure.

This should fix it unless it has other hardware problem.

If it was damaged while in transit, take it to a pc shop and ask for a quote. They might cover it with insurance. If not, you will have to troubleshoot yourself.

Reseat the graphics card, reseat the memory, check if all cables on the inside are firm in place etc.

Ok I'm pretty sure the company that moved me is gonna pay for so thanks for letting me know.
