Recently my interest in collecting vintage robots has spiked again and I bought an Omnibot 5402 from 1984. There's a really niche community for collecting these things on YouTube and such but there isn't any forums or place to discuss them. It's kind of a long shot to ask here but is anyone into these things?

It's interesting and fun, but with what's available today, I'd rather take the body of one of these and retrofit it with more functionality or flat out make a newer robot design if I could

People have done that with Arduino boards, if I ever get another one I would consider doing that but I want to keep this one in original condition.
