got banned in ebay after being a member for a whole 2 hours??

so i just got banned for life from ebay which doesnt make sense because i was a new member all i did was search for used SSD's and emailed 2 sellers asking if they would also ship this to my country the united arab emirates and after a few moments later i get this email from ebay i thought one of the sellers replied and all i got was a life ban on using ebay

 

i contacted them about this asking what exactly was the reason but i still didnt get any reply, what exactly do you think triggered the ban?

There's no way ebay would ban you for emailing 2 sellers asking for a product. there's something missing to your story. ebay won't give you a life ban unless you broke something big from their policies. you can actually call them it's better than waiting for a reply over the email. their number should be on google.

wish idleast they mention the reason i hate it when they ban you without telling why they'd do it, it happened a few times to me when i was play games like GTA 5 online

There was probably something in your messages to the sellers that got your account flagged, especially since you were a new member.

Iv been an ebay member for almost 4 years now and i always message sellers back and forth and i sold millions of stuff for different buyers across USA. and i never in my life came across a warning or a ban. Like Airdragonz said you probably had something in your messages or something you did that triggered that ban. Call them up and they will give you the reason over the phone.

id call them but i think international call are expensive over the phone ill wait for the email if they dont reply back ill call them, ill update you if you like

 

i really hope i get unbanned i was just about to bid a used 960 pro samsung 2TB for just $730 and i missed it over the ban

It said in the email it was about one of your listings so I would assume that your account must have had a listing that got flagged and resulted in a ban.

Can you show us the email address it came from?  I'm curious if it's a phishing email and there is a link in it to "review the protocols or rules" and they want your login.

no need the ban is legit, when im using the account i cant access some stuff because it says that im banned

The language about listings is generic, they're saying IF you have listings, they've been removed.  If not, np.  But this is interesting...

Did they show anything further down the email being removed?

doubt anyone was using my account i was online in ebay the whole 2 hours browsing looking for items till i got the email that i got banned

I have no clue. I would definitely get in contact with them because it seems that they think you were selling something suspicious and if untrue the ban should be reversed.

By the way, I hope you sent your reply to a different address than the one they sent the ban mail from, as they clearly state it's a noreply address.

Look there is one of two or three things.

 

1 - There was something in your message(s) sent.

2 - There was something in your product(s) selling.

3 - Its a scam message.

 

You know how to resolve it.

i just got this email this seems very fishy i got the contact from the site not by replying to their email but this seems very weird it says..

ive actually gotten this email before, its legit and its the reason my ebay account was suspended as well.  i told them to go fuck themselves cuz im not handing out my personal information.(my ebay account has been suspended over 2 years now)

good on you man, seriously what the hell did we do to be told to give out our personal information? i told them in an email that if they wanted my personal information they have to give me a legitimate ban reason if they don't give me one ill give them the same reply that you told them
