Need help planning build upgrade

Hey fellow forum members, I am looking to upgrade my current build since the tasks I am performing require more RAM and cores/threads, such as 3D modelling, virtualization, rendering, and of course some gaming etc.

Currently my i5-6600K and 16GB ram is just not cutting it. Buying used parts has really caught my attention, inspired by Tech YES City and of course the LTT used server builds ($150 & $650)

I am looking at getting dual E5-2670 CPUS in an Enhanced EATX board, with 80GB of RAM. (buying 64GB, already have 4 4GB ECC stix) Any parts listed as "Purchased" are already somewhere in my collection. Also, does anyone know if E-EATX boards fit in EATX cases? My budget for this is about $750, and the unused parts from my current rig will be repurposed into my collection and eventually into some other build.

Here is the current list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/devincat/saved/wbNKZL

I believe there is a difference in some of the mount points.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

If a chassis is specified as EATX then E-EATX will not fit, it's too large.

Will it fit in an SSI-EEB case?
